Dortch is a speedy playmaker who not only provides nice depth at receiver but can also return kicks. He appeared in 15 games for Arizona last season, catching 24 passes and two touchdowns. Dortch also returned 29 punts and 17 kickoffs for a total of 635 yards.
He had a career year in 2022, catching 52 passes for 467 yards and two touchdowns. Dortch started his career with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2019 and has spent time with the Carolina Panthers, Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons before finally sticking with the Cardinals.
Dortch is most effective from the slot and has a shot to be Arizona's primary slot receiver in 2024. It has been heavily speculated that the Cardinals will draft a receiver with their fourth overall draft pick, likely between Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr. or LSU's Malik Neighbors.
Whatever they decide to do, Dortch will have the opportunity to play plenty of meaningful snaps next season and provide insurance to Arizona's receiving corps.
